2.2. We give no warranty that the Website or Services are lawful for every person or use case and are not liable for unauthorised use.

3.1. We may limit access in certain territories or for persons we reasonably treat as a legal, regulatory, reputational, or economic risk. Extra conditions may apply by country.

4. Activities that are not allowed

4.1. 6.1. Your use is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Website and Services are offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

6.2. We are not liable for content mistakes, outages, or harmful code from third parties. You indemnify us against losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Website or Services.

6.3. To the greatest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential harm or loss of profits or data. If a court finds us liable, our aggregate liability is capped at ₱5,700 unless a higher floor applies by law.

6.4. We are not responsible for telecom failures, congestion, device or browser mismatch, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Material from others

7.1. Third-party material may appear; we do not control or endorse it and it may be incomplete or stale. You alone decide whether to rely on it.

8.1. Third-party links are offered for convenience only. We are not responsible for linked sites' content or rules. You follow links at your own risk.

9. Other terms

9.1. We may change Services and revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Staying on the pages may count as acceptance. These Terms and the Privacy notice are the full pact on this subject.

9.2. No waiver arises from delay in enforcement. If a clause is invalid, the rest still applies. We may assign our rights; you may not assign without our consent.
